AlphaBox provides temporary file sharing. Keep your original files and maintain a separate backup. This service does not promise permanent storage or guaranteed availability.

Verify your email to activate allowance. Storage starts at 5 GB and a 100 MB per-file limit, growing by 1 GB and 20 MB per full day to 50 GB and 1 GB. All limits are enforced by the server and shared across browser and API access.

Files expire seven days after upload completes. During the final 72 hours you may add seven days, up to three times. Expiry and deletion remove access immediately; physical removal follows through scheduled cleanup. There is no recovery.

You are responsible for file rights, share links, passwords, and API keys. Links allow anonymous recipients to access the current share subject to its password and bot checks. Revoking or replacing a link invalidates existing download grants.

AlphaBox is operated by AlphaBlue Thailand. These policies remain drafts pending confirmation of public support, abuse and privacy contacts, jurisdiction and metadata retention schedules before public launch.

Acceptable use forms part of these Terms and applies to uploads, anonymous shares, downloads, API keys and authorized Agents. Prohibited content includes malware, ransomware, spyware, credential stealers, malicious scripts or macros, deceptive installers and files intended to compromise devices, steal data or obtain unauthorized access. Passwords, archives and indirect links do not exempt prohibited material.

Do not conduct phishing, fraud, spam, unsolicited bulk distribution, harassment or threats; publish unlawful or exploitative content, stolen credentials or unauthorized personal data; create accounts to evade allowances; bypass Turnstile, passwords, expiry or access controls; conceal prohibited material; or exhaust resources or attack the service or recipients. API and Agent activity follows the same rules.

You retain your rights in files and authorize AlphaBlue Thailand and its providers to store, process and deliver them only as needed to operate the service, address abuse or meet legal obligations. You must have the rights and permissions to share files and are responsible for links, passwords, keys and Agents you authorize.

The operator may restrict downloads, revoke shares or keys, suspend accounts or remove content when reasonably necessary to address suspected abuse, security risks, legal obligations or repeated violations. Urgent restrictions may precede notice. Where appropriate and legally permitted, reasons and a review route will be provided through the published contact channel. Reports require review and do not automatically establish a violation. Investigation evidence may be retained only as necessary for its purpose or legal obligations.

AlphaBox does not currently promise antivirus scanning, continuous inspection or malware-free downloads. A successful upload or share link is not an endorsement. Recipients should verify senders and protect their devices. Keep independent copies: expiry, removal and restrictions can make files unavailable. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
